As a Member that represents a large technology community in northern Virginia, I share Chairman Carter and Ranking Member Price's urgency for cultivating a robust cyber workforce, and I appreciate the committee's thoughtful report language identifying this as a Homeland Security priority, with specific actions for the Department to pursue so that they can lead by example.
