The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: TITLE IX--ADDITIONAL PROVISION Sec. 901. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Office of Personnel Management to implement or carry out any furloughs or reductions in force of employees of the Office.
