The MGT Act we just passed into law, and I was proud to be an original Democratic co-sponsor, may help agencies with funding challenges by allowing agencies to establish working capital funds to reinvest IT savings in the enterprise and to transition to cloud computing and other innovative technologies and to enhance cybersecurity.
