Mr. Speaker, before I recognize the gentleman from New York, I would simply say I think that last analogy is invidious. The history of World War II is the fact that people ignored warnings for so long that, by the time Munich happened, it most certainly was appeasement. What should have happened was active engagement to preclude that ever happening. That is precisely what this administration has done. It will prevent a Munich. It will prevent appeasement. It will provide the dynamic engagement we need to prevent a nuclear Iran. I now proudly yield 4 minutes to the gentleman from New York (Mr. Meeks).
