I am also troubled by the political impasse in Cambodia and the fact we are seeing very little return for the amount of aid provided there.

It is very heartening to have an administration to finally crack down and show some seriousness of intent.

We have to have rules of engagement and setting down some markers with respect to those rules is long overdue.

I applaud the administration for doing it and I hope we do more of it.
