Sometimes we have to be careful, but when we are looking at the kind of tragedy we are looking at here, it seems to me speaking with clarity actually is an important tool of diplomacy, not fuzzifying it with other kinds of descriptions that clearly, deliberately are avoiding calling it what it is.
