Mr. Speaker, I thank my friend from Massachusetts for yielding me this time. The Hippocratic Oath says ``primum non nocere''; ``first, do no harm.'' This bill violates the Hippocratic Oath in all respects. Twenty-four million people losing their health care, our friend from Wyoming thinks that is a choice? A string of benefits required to be covered by insurance companies to protect consumers, to protect our loved ones when they get ill, vitiated. Maybe that is popular in some parts of this country, but I don't know where they are. This bill will unravel health care for all Americans. It is the wrong path to take, and I urge defeat of this legislation in its entirety. Parliamentary Inquiry

So, while we are bemoaning the alleged mistreatment of certain individuals, including some here today, which may or may not be true, we are escalating it with actual threats that could lead to violence, even death.
Now, Donald Trump's rhetoric has been dividing us and stoking anti-immigrant hate, I believe, since he first came down that escalator in 2015...
No FEMA Administrator will tell you while they are FEMA Administrator... but the last two Trump Administrators will tell you... that Homeland has become too big.
But instead of taking steps forward to prevent and prepare our Nation for future pandemics, this Select Subcommittee has spent 2 years fanning the flames of people's mistrust in public health and taking advantage of their fears.
