I want to thank my friend and colleague from Florida for her cooperation and support and leadership on this issue. I have to say, just on a personal note, there are many issues I thought I would face when I came here to the United States House of Representatives; this was not one of them. It is an incredible tale, but it is something that we can do something about by bringing pressure to bear on the governments in East Africa. I thank my friend from Florida in helping to make that happen today.
