I thank the chairman and look forward to working with him and the ranking member, as well as Mr. Langevin of Rhode Island, who has been a leader on this subject, to advance legislation that will address executive branch organization in the context of cybersecurity. With the right framework, I believe the current and future administrations will be able to more efficiently implement these FISMA reforms and other related legislation. Given its jurisdiction, the Oversight and Government Reform Committee is the appropriate venue to develop such legislation, and I look forward to working with the committee chair and ranking member to advance it. {time} 1850
