I saw the Government try to squelch that dissent.

This is not just about finger-pointing between Democrats and Republicans, it is about making our Nation better.

I am very sensitive to the idea that the Government would ever attempt to silence voices, even dissenting voices.

We have to be always on our guard to make sure it doesn't happen ever again.
