I am one, Anderson, who has called for the revival of inherent contempt. I think Congress has to enforce its own subpoenas and demands for documents by having a menu of disciplines -- disciplinary action against those would refuse to cooperate to the legitimate oversight and accountability requirements of the legislative branch of the United States government.
