We need to lower those costs for U.S. workers and we need to advance economic growth and competitiveness.

We cannot let it be that one of the most critical components of so much of our technology is not actually manufactured here in the United States.

But the United States has not escaped the global spike in inflation that is denying workers and families the full benefits of the recovery.

We can do this by strengthening the bargaining power of workers, and realigning the incentives to reward long-term pro-growth investments.
