Despite the strength of our Nation's ongoing recovery in which the pace of new jobs created has been steady and robust, with almost 5 million Americans returning to work under President Biden the uneven return to the workforce we are witnessing raises some concerns.

But the United States has not escaped the global spike in inflation that is denying workers and families the full benefits of the recovery.
The top one percent owns roughly 50 percent of all corporate equities, and only about half of the U.S. households own any stock at all.
Thanks to the efforts of this Congress and the Biden administration, unemployment is down to 3.6 percent.
