We need tools. We have to modernize our Federal Government.

We commend the environmental justice advocates who contributed to this legislation along with Chair Grijalva and Representative McEachin.

We ask the Chair, members of the Committee, and the Congress to meet this moment, show that the Congress listens to the voices of the people, and pass the Environmental Justice for All Act.

The Environmental Justice for All Act is a long overdue correction to our nation's failed chemical management policies.
