The Environmental Justice for All Act is informed by the belief that federal policy can and should strive for environmental justice, health equity, and climate justice for all deliberately overlooked and underserved communities.
The act will also hold companies accountable by allowing those of us impacted to seek legal remedy when they discriminate against us.
We ask the Chair, members of the Committee, and the Congress to meet this moment, show that the Congress listens to the voices of the people, and pass the Environmental Justice for All Act.
