I, too, thank Congressman Gonzalez for offering this bill. I suspect there is nary a family represented in this body that has not been touched by a mental illness at one point or another and the tragedy and the suffering that that involves. We have all seen what happens with the loss of a child. Madam Speaker, I urge my colleagues to support H.R. 7180, and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
