PROTECTING INNOCENT RELIGIOUS WORKERS FROM DEPORTATION. Nothing in this Act or the amendments made by this Act may be construed to authorize the deportation of an alien for action taken on behalf of a religious organization whose primary purpose is the provision of humanitarian assistance or aid.
