The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: limitation on use of funds in contravention of executive orders regarding climate change Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be expended in contravention of Executive Order 13514 of October 5, 2009 or Executive Order 13653 of November 1, 2013. The Acting CHAIR.
