The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 5, beginning on line 6, strike paragraph (1) and insert the following: (1) Authorization of appropriations.--There is authorized to be appropriated to the NIH and Cures Innovation Fund $1,860,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2020. Page 13, beginning on line 3, strike subsection (f). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 350, the gentleman from Virginia (Mr. Brat) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
