You would have to eliminate everything in order to fund a total extension of the tax cuts. Now, obviously, that's not going to happen. Obviously, if you extend the tax cuts without offsetting it with other revenues, you've got to go into Social Security and Medicare. When they talk about reducing the size of government, that's why they can't tell you what they're going to cut, because they can't cut that much. When they say they're going to close the corporate loopholes, they can't name them because the corporate loopholes don't add up to enough. When you start talking about Head Start and the legal aid and all those, you're talking about hundreds of millions of dollars. We're trying to get to trillions.
