Instead of advancing H.J. Res. 98, the House should prioritize legislation such as H.R. 20, the Protecting the Right to Organize Act, or the PRO Act, that strengthens workers' abilities to organize and collectively bargain. This resolution goes in the exact opposite direction. For those reasons, I oppose the resolution and encourage all Members to do the same. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time.
