All school systems are members of athletic leagues. They are dealing with this controversy. They don't need a Federal law to apply all over the country. In higher education, the NCAA is dealing with this. We don't need a Federal law to tell local school divisions what to do in all cases. Local school divisions are dealing with this. This is controversial, and I think we would do well just to let them work this out. Madam Chair, I reserve the balance of my time.
