He said that they could identify no circumstances under which the procedure identified above could be the only option to save the life or preserve the health of the woman. Then he stopped. The rest of it is, ``However, it may be the best or most appropriate procedure in a particular circumstance to save the life or preserve the health of the woman, and only the doctor, in consultation with the patient, based on the woman's particular circumstances, can make that decision.'' We just want the whole statement in the Record.
