I remind my colleague that his vote for this healthcare bill will take away protections for over 600,000 people in Oregon with preexisting conditions. The administration had been illegally creating these interagency agreements, which are extremely inefficient and wasteful, and also result in inconsistent enforcement of federal education policy.
