I would say if you talk about student loans and helping student loans, if you cut back on the student loan program, somebody has to pick up that weight. The students who are affected by this will be paying thousands of dollars, $5,000 and $6,000 more, for their college education than they would have had we not gone after the student loan program to pay for the tax cuts.
