Mr. Speaker, I yield myself the balance of my time. I, too, want to thank the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Rothfus). I want to thank the gentlewoman, the ranking member of the Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations Subcommittee for her dedication to addressing this very serious problem. I want to urge all of my colleagues to join us in supporting this fine legislation, and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentlewoman from Virginia (Mr. Goodlatte) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 6029. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill was passed. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
