Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Mr. Speaker, this is and always will be about labor unions. That is essentially what my friend from the Commonwealth of Virginia just said. However, we need to go back to pro-growth policies when real wages were growing for everyone, when unemployment was at a record low for everyone, and there were millions more Americans working during the Trump administration. Bidenomics and Bidenflation don't work. This is a recession back into the past here. It is not going to work. We are not responsible for what the Senate does, Mr. Speaker. We are not responsible for what the White House does. The Senate actually agreed with us on this on a bipartisan basis, and the House did this on a bipartisan basis. Mr. Speaker, I yield 5 minutes to the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. James).
