Let me conclude by thanking two incredibly important groups of people without whom none of the things you just heard about would be possible. They are the outstanding professionals working at FMC, so ably led by Pete Weichlein, our CEO, and Sabine Schleidt, our COO. Most of the team is here with us today. Let me just briefly read their names and ask them to stand. Then once I have read all their names, let's give them a well-deserved round of applause.
