Understanding the complexity of this moment, we knew that this year’s Energy Plan needed to do more than present a prescriptive path forward, it needed to analyze the options before us.

Our future depends on our ability to support working families and prepare the next generation for success.

While (localities are) looking at what’s available to them as a potential option, it is up to our communities… But the state has to show leadership.
