By bringing together our first responders, state agencies, businesses, and community partners, we are ensuring Virginia is fully equipped to anticipate, respond to, and recover from any threat.
What I have found is that some of the businesses coming to our commonwealth, they want to make investments in our communities and in our workforce.
I do not want to see us move in a place where we think, as a commonwealth, we’re on path towards meeting the VCEA goals but that’s because there’s all this generation that is sort of outside of the scope of what is counted.
