PROHIBITION ON CERTAIN SOCIAL MEDIA APPLICATION. Beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, covered employees may not use or have installed on United States Government-issued mobile devices the social media video application known as ``TikTok'' or any successor application. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 877, the gentlewoman from Virginia (Ms. Spanberger) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
