Abigail Spanberger: “I continue to be of the mindset that I am going to build the largest coalition around this idea around our legislation…”

As Governor and as a mother of three school-aged daughters, I am working to make sure that every child feels safe, supported, and prepared to thrive during their years in Virginia’s schools and into their futures.

For those that are up and running and already operating, we have the ability and intention to continue to make sure that into the future we are holding them to greater and greater standards.

While (localities are) looking at what’s available to them as a potential option, it is up to our communities… But the state has to show leadership.

Virginia is building the best workforce in America, and industry is taking notice.
