there is none. There is no money provided in this bill. This is purely a political ploy. This again, unfortunately, proves that the leadership of this House is putting politics ahead of good policy. We can do better, we must do better, we must work together. Let's vote ``no'' on the bill itself, vote ``yes'' on this motion to recommit.
