There is none. There is no money provided in this bill. This is purely a political ploy. This again, unfortunately, proves that the leadership of this House is putting politics ahead of good policy. We can do better, we must do better, we must work together. Let's vote ``no'' on the bill itself, vote ``yes'' on this motion to recommit.

Socialism takes away liberty. It takes away free will, and socialism does not ask what is in the best interest of the individual.
Choosing between an unaccountable subsidiary of the executive branch versus a body like Congress, that has direct accountability to the citizens of the states, I think the choice for us is the latter.
Definitely the latter, Mr. Chairman, and we are proud in Utah to be a fiscally conservative state that have seen in migration from many of those states.
Clearly, there are politics all around, and to pretend that there is not because it is the executive branch exercising its prerogative is, I think, naive.
