I want to ask and urge my colleagues to vote against this rule so that military families across the country can receive improved housing that they so desperately need and so much deserve. At a time when our men and women in uniform and their families are sacrificing so much for our Nation, this, I think, is the very least we can do. And I want to remind all of you, all of you, my colleagues, that it is not enough to say that we support our troops.
