PREPA needs to continue to pursue conversion of their power generation assets off of burning inefficient Venezuelan bunker fuel and onto clean and efficient liquified natural gas.
The current system protects biodiversity over 100 percent of the Economic Zone of the United States through the councils.
There really is no reason to add to this hearing--unless it is to give Members another 5 minutes to campaign, or speak on the bills. It is kind of a waste of time.
I am hopeful that more substantial progress to strengthen the power grid is forthcoming in the near future.
