the major threat to sustainable jobs, food, recreational opportunities, and revenue from U.S. marine fisheries is not overfishing, but underfishing.

Both states and the Federal Government should play key roles in managing fisheries.

All of those legitimate questions are not going to be addressed in this Committee hearing today.

I know that when Democrats were in the Minority, they used to object to some of the titles which we had on our hearings.
