It is wonderful to realize how the GAO's and the OMB's facts are not inaccurate and also how rules that were waived for this bill have been waived for the same reason in prior pieces of legislation. With that, Mr. Speaker, I continue to reserve the balance of my time.

PREPA needs to continue to pursue conversion of their power generation assets off of burning inefficient Venezuelan bunker fuel and onto clean and efficient liquified natural gas.
I am hopeful that more substantial progress to strengthen the power grid is forthcoming in the near future.
