I offer an amendment to the resolution. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the resolution, add the following: Sec. 5. It shall be in order at any time through the legislative day of April 26, 2013, for the Speaker to entertain motions that the House suspend the rules as though under clause 1 of rule XV.
