Madam Chair, I appreciate the gentleman from Maryland. He has got a good bill. It should be a suspension. We wouldn't even ask for a vote for it. There is nothing wrong that. Mr. Kilmer's H.R. 729 is a good, decent bill. What is so sad is the Democrats have decided to take these two decent bills that should be suspensions and hold them as hostage to tack a whole bunch of other really crappy stuff on with them as well, and that is the sad part of this. Madam Chair, I reserve the balance of my time.
