This hearing, as far as understanding truth of what went on, and coming up with a good history, is going to be invalid.

The idea that they will be passed in the Senate or signed by a President is delusional, at best.

Unfortunately, as significant as those are and the problems I think we have talked about even when we were in Puerto Ric...

All of those legitimate questions are not going to be addressed in this Committee hearing today.
