It rewards friends, it punishes enemies, it listens to some and ignores others.
I think we do need to approve that Compact.
I think this committee is uniquely situated to provide those kinds of recommendations that can actually help grow the economy.
We must facilitate good faith negotiations between creditors and debtors at all times.
