I appreciate the courtesy you gave to the gentlewoman from Florida in allowing her to finish her statement. She illustrates very clearly how the problems that exist are structural problems that can't simply be solved if we just add more money to the situation. I know that when Democrats were in the Minority, they used to object to some of the titles which we had on our hearings.
I am hopeful that more substantial progress to strengthen the power grid is forthcoming in the near future.
