If already under this rule they are re-allowing, renegotiating people who have been denied, is there anything in what we are doing in the status quo within the Department of the Interior that would stop a future assistant secretary from going through the same process and changing the rules again to allow somebody who had been denied to reapply?

I am hopeful that more substantial progress to strengthen the power grid is forthcoming in the near future.
All of those legitimate questions are not going to be addressed in this Committee hearing today.
This hearing, as far as understanding truth of what went on, and coming up with a good history, is going to be invalid.
We should be going down to Puerto Rico for these hearings in November and December.
