I appreciate my friend from Virginia's effort to try and save my mortal soul. You failed. Whether it is one person or multiple people being abused, abuse is wrong and, unfortunately, we have two Supreme Court decisions that have said the same thing: the agencies abuse their authority. It is time for Congress to step in. Madam Speaker, I am happy to yield 3 minutes to my good friend from Texas (Mr. Gohmert).
