Rob Bishop: “I want to thank Representative Poliquin for bringing this issue to my attention and inviting me here today.”

Both states and the Federal Government should play key roles in managing fisheries.

Twenty years from now, come back here, and we will tell the gentleman we told him so. Madam Speaker, I have no objections to the bill, and I yield back the balance of my time.

Thank you. I appreciate it, sir.

If the gentleman has no other speakers, I yield back the balance of my time.
