I am always sometimes amazed or reminded by our friends from the oil- or energy-consuming States that don't understand the size of those in the West. It is true that ANWR is a small percentage of Alaska, but I would remind you that the wildlife refuge of ANWR is still the size of South Carolina. The 1002 land we are talking about, which is not ANWR, which was set aside for exploration, is the size of Delaware; and that is still significant in that process. Madam Speaker, I yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Oklahoma (Mr. Cole).
