I certainly don't want to break any protocols we may have. So, therefore, I want to echo what the gentleman from Oklahoma so brilliantly and so fluently and obviously not slowly enough said. With that, Mr. Speaker, once again, we will go through this concept that hopefully--does the gentleman from Virginia, even though I realize he has yielded back, would the gentleman like some of my time?
