You know, 43 percent of my state is actually controlled by the BLM. And yet, if we are not going to actually deal something with invasive species that create wildfires, which is the greatest source of lack of habitat, then we are fooling ourselves thinking that Fish and Wildlife can actually superimpose a requirement when we don't have the vehicle to do it.
