Rob Bishop: “I have long been impressed by the success of some of our agricultural operations in my state.”

State management gives you a greater opportunity of having success than if you have a Federal Government management system

Twenty years from now, come back here, and we will tell the gentleman we told him so. Madam Speaker, I have no objections to the bill, and I yield back the balance of my time.

There really is no reason to add to this hearing--unless it is to give Members another 5 minutes to campaign, or speak on the bills. It is kind of a waste of time.

Is the gentleman sure he really wants the Federal Government having a forest in his place?
