Mr. Speaker, I would like to take just one moment to clarify the record with respect to amendment No. 61 by Mr. Conyers in the Rules Committee report. Printed in report 112-88, Mr. Duncan of South Carolina was inadvertently added as a cosponsor to the Conyers amendment No. 61. I want to clarify for the record that Mr. Duncan of South Carolina is not a cosponsor of that particular amendment. I appreciate the discussion we have had so far. I would like to remind my colleagues here that if every amendment made in order in this rule were to have its maximum amount of time, we would have already approved a maximum of over--well, we have a minimum of 26 hours of debate on this particular issue. I am appreciative of the concerns of Mr. McGovern of Massachusetts. I also want him to realize there are multiple amendments that were made in order dealing with this and similar subjects. And I am very appreciative that Mr. McGovern, as a veteran of the House, understanding the rules of the House, has been wise enough to use this debate time also for speaking about that particular amendment, which will vastly extend the amount of time he has to cover that issue.
